Swarnajayanti Gram SwarozgarYojana - Special Project (SGSY SP - I) Under Ministry of Rural Development, GoI
Project was implemented for providing placement linked skill development training to rural BPL youth in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan from 2009 to 2012. 8400 rural youth were trained and 76% of them were provided placement support. The project was implemented in 20 Districts of the two states. 3 month residential training under Third Party certification was provided to successfully trained candidates.
Van Bandhu Kalyan Yojana Under Tribal Development Department, Govt. of Gujarat (2009-2012)
Under this project, tribal rural youth were provided training under NCVT -MES curriculum based courses like Financial accountancy, Sales & Retail management, Event Floor management, Diesel Engine repairing. Over 1600 beneficiaries were trained and placed. Basis our good performance, the project was extended with additional target of 800 beneficiaries. Districts covered were Chotaudaipur, Navsari, Bharuch, Tapi, Surat, Vadodra, Sabarkantha, Dahod and Dang.
Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Grameen KaushalyaYojana (DDU-GKY) , Uttar Pradesh Under Ministry of Rural Development, GoI
This project is being implemented in 7 districts (Hardoi, Sitapur, Kanpur Dehat, Barabanki, Farrukhabad, Unnao, Shahjahanpur ) in Uttar Pradesh covering poor families in rural parts of the state. Beneficiaries are being provided completely free fully residential training courses of 3 month duration. The training would be assessed and certified by various sector skill councils. Physical target of the project is training and mandatory placement of 4200 candidates. The project is implemented on the basis of Standard operating procedure (SOP) and monitored by NABCONS (a subsidiary of NABARD)
Skill Training for Employment Promotion amongst Urban Poor (STEP- UP) under SJSRY
Under Urban Development Department, Govt. of Jharkhand. This project was implemented to provide training to urban poor youth residing in two districts of Adityapur and Ranchi. 880 candidates were provided training in technical courses.

Project was implemented for providing placement linked skill development training to rural BPL youth in the LWE Districts of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and bundelkhand districts of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. 7835 rural youth were trained and 76% of them were provided placement support. The project focused on social inclusion by covering 50% from SC &ST and 15% from minority and PwDs. The project impacted 18 different districts of the four states.
Rajasthan Mission on Skills and Livelihood- Special Project Under Govt. of Rajasthan
The project was implemented in tribal dominated districts of Rajasthan (2012 onwards) to provide training to over 6100 beneficiaries along with placement in over 20 districts. One to Three month residential training was provided under NCVT certification for courses like Sales and Marketing, Retail management, Accounting on computers, Repair of home appliances, Housekeeping, Office Assistant, Tally, Hotel management plus, Telesales Plus, Junior Finance Associate and Senior Sales Person.
