CL Educate Limited (‘Career Launcher’ or ‘CL’) vocational training vertical provides a host of training programs to ensure that the needs of both the industry and students are met. To this end, CL has partnered with various Government schemes and organizations.
In last 5 years, CL has emerged as a prominent service provider in vocation training and skill development sector. CL has provided vocational training to more than 28,000 students and placement under various state and central government projects, such as Swarnjayanti Gram SwarojgarYojna,(Spl Project )-SGSY SP; Tribal Development Department (TDD)-Gujarat; Rajasthan Mission on Livelihood (RMoL); RSLDC-Rajasthan State Livelihood Development Corporation, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY, Erstwhile Aajeevika Skills)being the significant ones. The UK India Skill Forum ( UKEIRI) awarded CL with a Certificate of Significant Achievement for exceptional work in rural community. CL’s efforts in improving the livelihood scenario of rural population have thus been internationally recognized.
Career Launcher recently bagged numerous single state projects. The projects size ranges from training 1500 to 4200 students in two years time, under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) sponsored by Ministry of Rural Development, GoI.
The main states are Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Odisha. Under the scheme, Career Launcher will be taking up BPL (Below the Poverty line) beneficiaries in the age bracket of 15-35 years and giving them residential training for 90-96 days and later helping them in continuous employment. The trades selected for such training are - Retail and Sales Management, AC Refrigeration and Repair, Diesel Mechanic and Repair, Mobile Repair, BPO-Voice-non voice, DTP, Hospitality etc.
Career Launcher has also partnered with NABCON and NIRD as Monitoring Agency for their Projects under the Ministry of Rural Development initiatives.
As on September 30, 2015, CL Educate had 28 vocational training centers & offices in states of Gujarat, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh. Now CL aims to venture into new territories such as state of Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttarakhand and more.
