About MICA
MICA - The School of Ideas, established in 1991, is the Premier Management School for Marketing, Communication, and Creativity , dedicated to Leading the change with innovation and strategy. The institution is uniquely structured to blend the rigor of strategic management (data and decisions) with the visionary power of applied creativity (purpose and cultural insight), thereby cultivating empathetic leaders and adaptive problem-solvers. MICA offers two-year residential Post Graduate Diploma programs, including the flagship PGDM-C, PGDM, and specialized PGPs in Crafting Creative Communications and Content and Creator Economy. Recognized with the 33rd all-India NIRF Rank, MICA holds key accreditations: AIU, AICTE, and NBA.

- Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - 2 years

- Post-graduate Program in Content and Creator Economy (CCE) - 2 years
- Academic Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 system) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in their qualifying undergraduate degree.
- Final Year Students: Students appearing for their final year bachelor's degree examination can apply provisionally, provided they submit their final mark sheet and degree certificate by December 31st of the joining year.
- Age and Experience: There is no mandatory requirement for prior work experience, and there is no upper age limit for applicants to the two-year PG programs.
- MICAT: The MICA Admission Test (MICAT) is mandatory for all Post Graduate programs.
- External Test (PGDM/C Only): A valid score from CAT, XAT, or GMAT is mandatory for the Management tracks.

Rural Immersion (RI): The programme has a unique pedagogical approach that blends communication with marketing. Students engage with villagers to gain first-hand experience of rural life and its implications on strategic communication, rural marketing and social change leadership.
Entrepreneurship Immersion (EI): The programme provides students with an opportunity to study a course on entrepreneurship while working on a business idea of their own, thereby gaining practical and experiential learning needed for becoming an entrepreneur.
International Immersion (II): The programme allows students to learn from globally renowned faculty in an academically stimulating environment, which helps them be better prepared to face global challenges. The programme is designed for students to understand the US business ecosystem and exposes them to the cultural and social sensitivities of the world's biggest economy.
