AIIM Campus Placements - 2021
National and Global companies from various verticals such as but not limited to infrastructure developers, EPC Companies, Consulting Companies, Realty Sector, Transport and Logistics, Oil & Gas and Power Companies, Asset Management, Finance and Audit companies, etc. participate in Campus Placements at AIIM every year, for both summer and final placements.
The industry-ready curriculum, our extensive linkages with the industry and leverage from the parent organization, the Adani Group, help our graduating students in securing good placements. We are glad that the industry has been responding quite well to the Campus Recruitment Program at AIIM. More than 60 national and global companies participate every year. On an average, the students receive more than two offers - resulting in exceptional placements record at the Institute since its inception.
Final Campus Placements for Batch 2019-21 - for both programs: PGDM (IM) and PGDM (Law) - have been exceptional. Despite COVID-19 pandemic and the challenging economic recovery, we have clocked very promising statistics:
90% batch is placed with an average salary packages at INR 7.50 Lacs p.a. While the lowest package is INR 5.50 Lacs p.a., the highest package is INR 14.0 Lacs p.a.
The students have been placed in highly rewarding job profiles of consultancy, business development, audit & analysis, HR functions, project management, project execution, research, finance & risk, and compliance & regulatory areas. More than 25 national and global recruiters have participated so far in the Campus Recruitment Program - 2021 - such as KPMG, EY, PwC, Adani Enterprises, Adani Natural Resources, Adani Wilmar, Adani Realty, MRF, Dun & Bradstreet, LIDO, Solavio, SCC Infrastructure, Tata Consultancy, TR Chadda & Associates, Sharp & Tannan, HFFC, Pacifica Companies, Berger Paints, et al.
