CUET 2026 Registration: The CUET functions as a centralized entrance exam for admission to undergraduate programs in India. Top central universities like Delhi University (DU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), will accept CUET 2026 scores for admissions. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the CUET 2026 registration and examination dates on its official website in January’2026 – cuet.nta.nic.in

CUET 2026 Registration (UG)

CUET 2026 Registration for UG  is likely to begin in the first week of March 2026. To register for the CUET exam, the initial steps would require the candidate to fill in his/her basic information, like name, address, and contact details. This creates login credentials. Upon logging in with their registration credentials, candidates may complete the CUET 2026 application form by providing their personal and academic information, selecting their preferred program and examination city, and uploading requisite documents. Upon completion of the CUET UG application form, candidates must remit the CUET application fee online using a debit/credit card, Net Banking, Paytm, or UPI.

CUET 2026 Registration Process

CUET 2026 Application Form: The National Testing Agency will hold CUET 2026, the most important entrance exam for UG admission, in May or June of 2026. The CUET application form for 2026 will probably be released in the first week of March 2026. 300 testing locations in India and other countries will administer the CBT-style test. More than 200 universities, including 47 central universities, like DU, BHU, JNU, and Allahabad University, would recognize CUET scores.

The CUET 2026 notification PDF should come out in the first week of January 2026 on cuet.nta.nic.in. Once the official notice comes out, which will include the dates for application and registration, candidates can finish their CUET registration and fill out the CUET UG form. While filling out the CUET form, people who want to take the CUET UG must meet the eligibility requirements. The last week of March is likely to be the last day to fill out the CUET form for 2026.

How to Fill Out the CUET 2026 Application Form

Before initiating the CUET 2026 application process, candidates must thoroughly review the list of universities, course-specific subject combinations, and eligibility criteria to ensure appropriate subject selection.

How to Fill Out the CUET 2026 Form in Steps

Step 1: Register using your contact details.

Kindly provide and verify your email address and phone number, as well as your current and permanent addresses.

Step 2: Personal Information

Kindly provide your name, your parents’ names, your nationality, your category (GEN/SC/ST/OBC-NCL), and any additional personal information required.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

Provide details regarding authentic government identification, such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID.

Step 4: Register for an APAAR ID

This year, it is necessary to provide your Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID.

Step 5: Choose the subjects.

Select up to five subjects that align with those studied in Class 12 and fulfil the criteria for the desired program or university.

Step 6: School Details

Please provide your Class 10 and 12 roll numbers along with any relevant school information.

Step 7: Additional Information

Please provide information regarding categories, reservations, or quotas if applicable.

Step 8: Emergency Contact

Provide the phone number and email address of an emergency contact individual.

Step 9: Display documents

Upload JPG or JPEG files of your photograph (10–200 KB), signature (4–30 KB), and category certificate (50–300 KB).

 

Finally, submit your application and pay the associated fee.

Prior to submitting your form, ensure that you review it comprehensively. Utilize Net Banking, a credit or debit card, UPI, or Paytm to complete the online payment for the CUET 2026 application fee.

NOTE: Beyond India, the initial three subjects are priced at ₹4500, with each additional subject costing ₹1800.
