For starters, all the selected candidates will receive an email notification about their results. They will be allotted some time to accept the offer via email only. IIM Sambhalpur Merit List 2025
IIM Sambhalpur Merit List 2025 will be released online on its official website. It will also be sent via registered email to the candidates who have been selected. The IIM Sambhalpur merit list is created by calculating composite scores, which take into account CAT exam scores, performance in the Personal Interview, and the candidates' profiles.
IIM Sambhalpur Admission Process 2025
At the Indian Institute of Management, Sambhalpur, the admission process for the PGDM (2026-28) will be carried out in 3 stages, which are as follows:
Stage I: Eligibility Criteria
All applicants for the two-year PGP program at IIM Sambhalpur must meet the eligibility criteria as well as achieve the minimum sectional percentile and overall percentile scores in CAT, as shown in the table below.
Note: Only applicants who meet these criteria will be considered for Stage 2 of the selection process.
Stage II: Shortlist For Personal Interview (PI)
For all the candidates who made it past Stage 1 and successfully filled out and submitted the online application form, a Pre-PI Score will be calculated out of 80 points based on the following criteria:
Stage III: Final Selection
The PI score that a candidate receives, after being adjusted, will make up 25% of their final score. This PI score, which can be up to 25 points, will be added to the adjusted Pre-PI score, which is now based on a maximum of 75 points instead of 80 points as explained above. Together, these scores will create the final merit score. Candidates need to reach a certain minimum score during the PI process to be included in the merit list. The minimum score will be determined by IIM Sambalpur at its discretion.
