The PGDM is MDI Gurgaon's flagship two-year, full-time, residential programme. It is approved by AICTE and equivalent to an MBA. The programme covers core management disciplines Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, with flexibility for specialisation in the second year. Admission is through CAT 2025 scores, followed by WAT, GD, PI, and Behavioural Assessment.
A two-year, full-time programme with specialisation in Human Resource Management. Designed to develop HR professionals with strategic and analytical capabilities. Shares the same CAT 2025-based admission process as the PGDM.
The PGDM-IB is a two-year programme focused on International Business, with a unique dual degree component. Students are allocated to one of two French partner institutions, emlyon Business School (Lyon) or ESCP Business School (Paris), for the international component.
MDI launched the PGDM-Business Analytics programme to develop professionals skilled in data science, AI, and analytics applied to business decision-making. The inaugural 2023-25 batch secured placements at firms including McKinsey & Co., JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Maruti Suzuki.
A one-year, full-time executive management programme for working professionals with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience. Admitted through CAT 2025, GMAT, or XAT 2026.
A two-year, part-time weekend programme for working professionals who want to pursue management education without leaving their jobs. Classes conducted on weekends.
A two-year programme focused on public policy, governance, and management, designed for professionals looking to bridge the public and private sectors. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience required.
A two-year online management programme approved by AICTE. The programme allows participants to earn a PGDM, as mandated by AICTE for non-university institutions. The programme may be granted MBA equivalence by AIU in due course.
