Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is a central university located in Okhla, Delhi. The University was originally established in 1920 in Aligarh, United Province (Now Uttar Pradesh). In 1935, it was moved to its current location.
The University will be taking UG admissions from the academic year 2022-23 under the banner of CUET. It made this announcement in November 2021 and is now looking forward to selecting its candidate via the CUET Exam, which will be conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). Till 2021, Jamia Millia Islamia admission was conducted by its own university exams for the selection of candidates for UG and PG courses.
The students seeking admission in the undergraduate courses in JMI now will have to appear in the CUET Exam 2022. There are 59 UG courses offered by the university including B.Tech, B.D.S, B.P.T, etc. Check out the details of the exam below to have a detailed idea about the same.

At present, Jamia Millia Islamia university offers 56 undergraduate programs. All the UG courses require the interested candidate to sit for the CUET exam, as per the central government educational Policy. The 56 Jamia Millia Islamia UG programs are:
With the introduction of the CUET Exam for Jamia Millia Islamia admission, the students will experience a change in the admission procedure as well. Following are the expected admission procedure for the 2022 exams.
Students will be required to log in to the website of CUET and create their login IDs.
The application form will be made available on the official website where students can fill the form by mentioning all the details along with documents for the purpose of verification.
Lastly, a sum of the amount will be charged as application fees that students will have to pay. They can use net banking, wallet payment, credit/debit card to make the payment and successfully apply for the CUET Exam 2022.
The NTA is entitled to conduct the CUET Exam 2022. Therefore there is a small number of fees incurred on all the applicants in order to make the arrangements for the exam. Check out the application fees in the table below:

Note:
Candidates under OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) are required to submit a relevant certificate issued by the competent authority.
If seats remain vacant in the women category and OBC-NCL then those seats will be transferred to the Muslim Minority category.
Internal Jamia Candidates are those who have completed their qualifying examination from JMI. Those who have completed their degree through Private or Distance will not be considered for relaxation.
No seats are available in the BDS course for Kashmiri Migrants and candidates belonging to J & K. mode
For the B.Arch course, no seats are available for foreign candidates.
NCC Cadets and NSS Volunteers will be eligible for a relaxation of 5% and 2% marks respectively in the aggregate of the qualifying examination.
