Faculty of Law, GLS University , constituent department of GLS University, is a premier destination for students interested in establishing a virtuous career in Law and aiming to become torch bearers of Justice. Faculty of Law has emerged as the most preferred destination for legal education.
The college has an advantage of senior and well experienced faculty members in the field of Law. The senior practicing advocates also contribute in teaching and providing experiential learning to law aspirants. The teaching pedagogy includes classroom discussions, case studies, interactive presentations, guest lectures, expert sessions, seminars, conferences, and case law methods coupled with intensive practical training through moot courts. The untiring efforts have enabled the students to secure gold medals for five consecutive years at the University level.
It is worthy to note that Faculty of Law has ventured in all possible educational arenas by organizing International Conferences, National Moot Court Competitions, National Sports Fest, various seminars at National and International level. It has now become the epicentre where knowledge liberates; ideas are conceptualized and shaped into existence.

The five-year integrated Undergraduate B.A. LL.B (Hons) Degree Programme is the flagship degree at Faculty of Law, GLS University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat that offers students training in a range of legal and non-legal subjects. GLS University initiated this five-year programme with an intention to provide a strong foundation upon which students can choose to pursue professional options or further academic opportunities.
- Duration: Five Years Comprising of Ten Semesters
- Eligibility: H.S.C. (10+2 or its equivalent) in any stream with minimum 45% in General Category; minimum 43% in OBC Category, and minimum 40% in case of SC/ST category.
- Medium: English
- Uniform: White Shirt, Black trousers, Black blazer, black tie, white socks & black shoes.
- Accreditation : Approved by Bar Council of India (BCI)

The five-year integrated Undergraduate BBA. LL.B (Hons) Degree Programme is an integration of management, business subjects and law. B.B.A LL.B. is a unique and niche interdisciplinary programme that has emerged in response to the fast-changing trends of the industry. It provides an in-depth knowledge of commerce and business management, with intricate details of law and governance.
- Duration: Five Years Comprising of Ten Semesters

The Three-year LLB (Hons) is a specialized postgraduate programme that welcomes graduates from various academic backgrounds. This program serves as a qualifying degree for individuals aspiring to pursue a legal profession. It adheres to the guidelines set by the Bar Council of India and further enhances the legal education provided by GLS University through its distinctive curriculum and teaching methods. The program offers a comprehensive study of law with an interdisciplinary approach, incorporating practical learning experiences. Its objective is to create competent lawyers who are equipped to tackle the complexities of the modern era, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
- Duration: Three Years Comprising of Six Semesters
- Eligibility: Graduation Degree in any discipline recognized by the UGC
Minimum 45% marks in graduation (for General Category)

The one year integrated LLM Programme is designed to possess a globally enriched curriculum that matches the standards of the world education institutions. We enable our students to achieve a higher basis of legal education where the students will develop the in-depth understanding that they desire, to achieve professional expertise in the field of criminal and commercial law studies.
- Duration: One year comprising three trimesters
- Eligibility: Graduated in a three-year LLB degree or a five-year integrated law program.
