What is IIM Rohtak IPM? Programme Overview

The Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Rohtak is a 5-year full-time residential programme structured in two phases:

Foundation Phase- Years 1 to 3 (BBA)
Years 1-3 cover mathematics, statistics, economics, accounting, computer applications, psychology, sociology, and humanities. The focus is on building analytical and managerial foundations. Students earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree on completion of three years- conditional on maintaining a minimum CGPA of 5.0.

Management Phase- Years 4 and 5 (MBA)
Students merge directly into IIM Rohtak's flagship PGP (MBA) batch and are trained in finance, marketing, operations, HR, strategy, and analytics. On successful completion, they receive an MBA degree under the Indian Institutes of Management Act, 2017.

Important: To progress from Year 3 to the MBA phase (Years 4–5), students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 5.0. Students below this threshold exit with the BBA degree only.
