IPMAT 2025, conducted by IIM Rohtak for admissions to its five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM), was conducted at centers across the country today, 5 May 2025.
The paper followed the same format as previous years, including no sectional time limit. The IIM Rohtak website mentions a time limit every year, but the time limit is never followed in the actual exam, keeping students puzzled.

Overview: The Quantitative Ability section was largely arithmetic-driven, with no questions from geometry and only a few from algebra. While most questions were straightforward, a few were moderately challenging, and using the option elimination strategy proved helpful. As stated by the students notably, some questions, such as one from Permutation & Combination, were similar to CL’s mock tests.Level of Difficulty: Slightly Moderate

Since the paper was on the easier side, especially Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability, students were able to attempt more questions accurately. This may push the overall scores higher, which usually increases the cutoff, but due to increased intake from 165 to 198, the cutoff might not increase proportionally.
