| 1 | Merit Cum Need Scholarship for EWS | The family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs 8,00,000 • The candidate should have undergone the VU selection process and earned qualifying marks prescribed for these scholarships and have been recommended by the ASP panel and approved by the Dean. For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council |
This scholarship will be 100 percent and will cover tuition and hostel fees (Non-Refundable Registration fees of Rs 50000) |
| 2 | Defense Scholarship | This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis to wards of parents who are employed by the Defense Services i.e. Army, Airforce and the Navy In State students will not be eligible for this scholarship To earn this a candidate should have undergone the VU selection process and earned qualifying marks prescribed for the merit scholarships and have been recommended by the panel members in the ASP for both admissions and scholarship. For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council |
This scholarship will be 50% of the total tuition fee as applicable to out of state students. |
| 3 | Exceptional Sports/Performance Scholarship | Either those applicants who have represented their state or the country in any national or international sport event Or those applicants who have attained and can demonstrate proficiency in performing arts. In State students will not be eligible for this scholarship To earn this a candidate should have undergone the VU selection process and earned qualifying marks prescribed for the merit scholarships and have been recommended by the panel members in the ASP for both admissions and scholarship. For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council. |
