NPAT Exam: Application Process

Candidates can register for the NPAT Exam online by visiting its official website. The only mode of application form submission available is online. NPAT Exam: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring for BBA admission through NPAT Exam must fulfill the eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility can face rejection from the examination process.

The eligibility conditions for NPAT Exam given by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) are as follows:

  • Candidates applying for the NPAT Exam must have qualified Class 12 or equivalent exam.
  • Candidates can submit an IB diploma certificate only if it is awarded by a recognised board. IB certificate holders are not eligible for the test as per the rules of NMIMS.
  • Candidates passing class XII or equivalent exam from open/ distance learning are also eligible to apply for the NPAT Exam. In this case, the school should be recognised by the National Institute of Open Schooling.
  • Candidates who have not been able to pass class XII either from CBSE or ICSE board or IB diploma in their first attempt are not eligible for the exam.
  • Candidates must have obtained an aggregate of 60% marks in XII or equivalent examination.
  • Candidates holding IB Diploma degree will be eligible only if he/she has Mathematics/ Statistics.
  • Candidates having cleared either CBSE/ ICSE board exam need to mention the aggregate marks of all the subjects of Class X or equivalent examination.
  • Candidates exceeding the age of 25 years will not be eligible to apply for the exam

NPAT Exam: Syllabus

NPAT: English Language

There are 40 MCQ type questions in this section. The NPAT syllabus in this section aims to check the English language comprehension skills and Grammar of a candidate. Key topics covered in the NPAT Syllabus for this section are:

NPAT Exam: Admit Card

SVKMs NMIMS releases the NPAT Exam admit card immediately after the candidate schedules the exam date.

Candidates can download the admit card as soon as it is generated after getting the NPAT slot. Also, one can visit the official website (nmimsnpat.in) anytime before the exam date to download the admit card.

  • Candidates can check the exam date, exam city and complete address of the test center on the admit card.
  • Candidates appearing for the exam need to carry a hard copy of the admit card at the exam center.
  • Failing to carry the NPAT admit card, candidates will face rejection in entry to the NPAT exam center.

On-duty staff at the exam center will check the details along with the photograph on the admit card with the candidate. In addition to this, candidates should carry an original as well as a photocopy of government-approved ID proof.

NMIMS NPAT Results
