IIM Ahmedabad: Admission Process

The admission process at IIM Ahmedabad for the PGP (2023-25) will be carried out in 3 stages.

Preliminary Screening:

Candidates who clear the CAT cut-off would be screened on the basis of a composite score (CS) which would compose of an academic rating score (AR) (includes 10th marks, 12th marks and work experience) and normalized overall CAT score.

Shortlisting for Analytical Writing Test (AWT) & Personal Interview (PI):

The best candidates with exemplary academic records and CAT scores from each academic background will be selected for the next round followed by the remaining candidates chosen on the basis of their CS score.

Final Selection:

At this stage, candidates will be shortlisted across each category (General/ SC/ ST/ NC-OBC/ PwD) separately, based on their Final Composite Score (FCS).
