No. There are no hidden fees. You only pay the standard application fee on the Institute page. The reward is our benefit to you for applying through EasyApply.

An application is complete and eligible for verification when you have:

• Filled and submitted the institute’s official application form.
• Paid the application fee using the institute’s payment gateway.
• Used the exact same Email ID and Mobile Number as your EasyApply registration.
• Uploaded a valid payment receipt to your EasyApply dashboard.

If your credentials (Email ID or Mobile number) are already registered with an institute through the institute page or any other portal (then a "duplicate record" is generated), here you will be prompted to use alternate details. Since the policy of EasyApply is valid for Unique Applicants i.e first time users for a particular Institute. Therefore, duplicate users are not eligible for rewards.

Your application might be rejected for these primary reasons:

• Duplicate User: Your email or phone number is already registered with the institute.
• Credential Mismatch: The details used on the institute’s form do not match your EasyApply profile.
• Invalid Receipt: The payment receipt uploaded is unclear, incorrect, or cannot be verified.

You will be notified of the specific reason for rejection via email.

• If rejected for being a duplicate user, you must re-apply to the institute using a unique email and mobile number.
• If rejected for an invalid receipt, you will be prompted to re-upload the correct document via your EasyApply dashboard.

Yes. You can modify your selected plan (e.g., upgrade from 3 to 5 institutes) at any time. Our flexible plan adjusts in real-time. Add or remove institutes, and the system will automatically update your plan to match your needs.

Your total reward is the sum of the individual reward amounts for each institute whose application is successfully verified. For example, if you apply to three institutes with rewards of ₹400, ₹400, and ₹400, your total reward will be ₹1,200.
Please note: EasyApply reward benefits do not apply to some Institutes and Exams. However, Applications submitted through EasyApply are Accepted.

The 'Wishlist' or 'Save' feature allows you to shortlist institutes you are interested in for later. You can easily access your saved institutes under the “My Applications” section and move them to your "Selected Institutes" list via the “Select Institute” button.

If an incorrect document is uploaded, our team will reject it. You will receive an email notification, and the upload option will be re-enabled on your dashboard, allowing you to submit the correct payment receipt.
