1. Registration & Account
To access the EasyApply platform, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate details, including Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and City of Residence, for absolutely free!
2. Communication Consent
- By registering, you provide explicit consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, and phone calls. These communications may include:
- Application status updates and reminders.
- Important information regarding your account and rewards.
- Promotional offers related to education and institutes.
- You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time by unsubscribing via the provided links or by writing to us at support@careerlauncher.com.
3. Platform Usage & Application Process
- Plan Selection: Upon Signup/ login, you must select an application plan that suits the number of Institutes you want to apply (1, 3, 5, or 10 institutes).
- Exploring Institutes: Browse and explore the comprehensive listing of our partner institutes and exams.
- Wishlist vs. Application List:
- Add to Wishlist/Save: Save your shortlisted institute for future consideration and application completion.
- Add to Application List: Allows you to select your preferred institute to begin the immediate application process.
- Application Integrity: To be eligible for rewards, the Email ID and Mobile Number used on your EasyApply profile must match exactly with the details you use on the selected institute’s official application form. .(Instance required)
** If your credentials (Email ID or Mobile number) are already registered with an institute through the institute page or any other portal (then a “duplicate record” is generated), here you will be prompted to use alternate details. Since the policy of EasyApply is valid for Unique Applicants i.e first time users for a particular Institute. Therefore, duplicate users are not eligible for rewards.**
4. Reward Eligibility & Structure
- Rewards are contingent upon the successful verification of your application fee payment receipts.
- Reward Calculation:
- The reward for a successfully verified application depends upon the reward amount set for the particular Institute.
- Your total reward is calculated based on the number of verified applications, i.e.:
- Plan Completion: If you complete the exact number of applications in your selected plan (e.g., 3, 5, or 10), you will receive a higher-value plan reward.
- Partial Completion: If you complete fewer applications than your plan, your reward will be calculated as the sum of individual reward amounts offered for each Institute.(Instance required)
- Reward Disbursement: Amazon coupon rewards are generated and disbursed within 72 hours of successful payment receipt verification. You can view your rewards under the "My Rewards" section & a copy will also be sent to your registered email ID.
- Please note: EasyApply reward benefits do not apply to some Institutes and Exams. However, Applications submitted through EasyApply are Accepted.
5. Payment Receipt Upload & Verification
- You are required to upload a clear screenshot or copy of the payment acknowledgement receipt for each Institute/Exam application under the "Upload Receipt" section of your dashboard.
- If an uploaded receipt is rejected during our verification process, you will be notified via email and will be required to re-upload a valid document, from the “Pending Application” tab, under “My Application” Section.
6. Modifications & Updates
- Career Launcher reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the EasyApply platform, including plan benefits, reward structures, and these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
- Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
