LIC AAO Phase II (Main) Examination 2019 Analysis: (June 28, 2019)

LIC Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Phase II (Main) Examination 2019 was conducted today (June 28, 2019). There were 120 questions, which had to be answered in 120 minutes. There were four sections - Reasoning Ability, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Data Analysis & Interpretation and Insurance & Financial Market Awareness. All the sections were available bilingually, that is, both in English and in Hindi. Each question had 5 options. There was no negative marking.

There were three sets of five questions each from Seating Arrangement and Data Arrangement. The overall difficulty level of this section was easy to moderate.

General Knowledge & Current Affairs:

The overall difficulty level of this section was easy to moderate. Most of the questions were asked from National and International events (from the months of April, May and June). Some questions were from Static GK and Insurance Awareness. Current Affairs dominated the section.

Insurance and Financial Market Awareness:

The overall difficulty level of this section was moderate. Some questions were based on Income Tax, PF Account, Reinsurance Companies, PE Ratio etc.

Descriptive Paper:

English Language: Letter writing (150 words)
