Tanvi Erande (Industrial Sociology, Psychology for MHRM-MSW)
She has done her undergraduate in Bachelor's of Industrial Psychology and holds a glorious degree in Masters of Human Resources from the renowned Faculty of Social Work, M.S. University of Vadodara. She has experience in vivid areas of HRM, working with small businesses and multinational companies. Presently, she is a proud and active educationist in humanities and a working professional in the field of learning and development.

Bhavin Mistry (CAT Wizard; Logic & DI Faculty)
Bhavin Mistry is a serial CAT topper with multiple 99.9+ percentile, he is one of the few people who converted IIM A-B-C(Holy Trinity). He is known as the Quant and LRDI wizard and is one of the favorite faculties of Vadodara. He is considered a very dedicated and compassionate teacher by his students, who always goes out of his way to help them as a mentor and a friend. Having mastered the art of CAT himself, he is the go-to person for holistic preparation.

Hardik Kripalani (Center Head)
Mr. Hardik is a seasoned campaigner who attains job-satisfaction by delivering counseling sessions for different competitive exams. Contributing in people development is his professional goal, being an MBA in HR. With ground level exposure at some of the global organizations, he exactly knows what is expected out of fresh graduates and under-graduates in the new age corporate world. He is responsible for admissions and student relations at CL Baroda.

Nikunj Barot (Senior Quant Faculty; Math & Physics Veteran)
A Pharmacist by education, Mr. Nikunj has more than 11 years of experience in training students in Math for JEE, GUJCET, and board exams. As an SSC student, he stood 3rd in Gujarat and 2nd in Baroda in the academic season 1999-2000. He is best known for his ability to add fun quotient to intelligence quotient.

Vivek is an MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and an Ernst & Young alumnus. He brings rhetoric and theatrics into his sessions, striking a balance between knowledge and experience. With 3500+careerstransformed, Vivek has been one of the most favorite trainers of students. His love for speaking helped him bag the famous NASSCOM Award for Excellence in communication skills. He speaks at institutes such as IITs and NITs about careers, jobs, self development and startups.
