Eligibility for MBA / IB / FS / RM / IMC / HCM / HR

• A candidate must have completed their graduation of at least 3 years' time duration with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade point average (45% in case of candidates domiciled in Maharashtra and belonging to the Reserved Categories) from any institution approved by AICTE/UGC/AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
• Candidate should have appeared for CAT 2019/XAT 2020/CMAT 2020 or GMAT (in case of international applicant)
• Final year students can also apply for admission process. However, to take admission in 2020-22 batch, they would need to submit their marksheet by 31-07-2020, without fail.
• For international candidates, the GMAT scores given in the past 3 years will be considered valid (Jan 2017 to Feb 10, 2010)
• Work experience is not required

Eligibility for MCA

• A candidate must have completed their graduation of at least 3 years' time duration with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade point average (45% in case of candidates domiciled in Maharashtra and belonging to the Reserved Categories) from any institution approved by AICTE/UGC/AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
• Candidates who have appeared for their final exams in the month of April-May 2020 can also apply. However, they should provide their qualifying graduation marksheet, on or before 31-07-2020
• Candidate needs to appear for Somaiya Entrance Test (SET-MCA), organized by KJ Somaiya.

Eligibility for MBA (Executive)

• A candidate must have completed their graduation of at least 3 years' time duration with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade point average (45% in case of candidates domiciled in Maharashtra and belonging to the Reserved Categories) from any institution approved by AICTE/UGC/AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
• Mathematics should be a compulsory subject at senior secondary level (10+2) or bachelors.

• A candidate should possess a minimum working experience of 5 years at executive or supervisory level.

• A candidate must have completed their graduation of at least 3 years' time duration with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade point average (45% in case of candidates domiciled in Maharashtra and belonging to the Reserved Categories) from any institution approved by AICTE/UGC/AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
• Applicant should possess a minimum working experience of 2 years at executive or supervisory level.

KJ SIMR Mumbai Admission Procedure

For MBA / IB / FS / RM / IMC / HCM / HR

• The candidates are shortlisted on account of CAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT scores. Then they are called for the rounds of GD-PI.  Final selection is announced through online merit lists.

For MCA

• The candidates are shortlisted on account of CAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT scores. Then they are called for the rounds of GD-PI.  Final selection is announced through merit lists.

For MBA (Executive)

• The candidates are shortlisted on account of CAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT scores. Then they are required to submit a statement of purpose (SOP) and appear for a round of Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates receive an invitation from the university.

For MBA - Part-time (MM/FM/IM/HRM)

• The candidates must appear for an online admission test conducted by the institute. After that, he must submit written case analysis and statement of purpose. Then a round of personal interview is held with the candidates.  Shortlisted candidates receive the confirmation of enrolment through email.
