IIM Indore IPM Admission follows five clearly defined stages, common to most domestic applicants:
Candidates apply online through the official IIM Indore admissions portal. The application fee is 4,130 for General/EWS/NC-OBC candidates and 2,065 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. The IPMAT 2027 application window will tentatively open in the first week of February 2027.
After filling out the application form, students must sit for and write the IPMAT Indore 2027 to secure IIM Indore IPM admission. The exam is usually conducted in the first week of May, as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) across 39 cities in India.

Candidates must be born on or after August 1, 2007. A 5-year relaxation applies to SC/ST/PwD candidates (born on or after August 1, 2002).
Candidates must have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent in 2025 or 2026, or be appearing in 2027. Candidates completing Class XII by July 31, 2027, may also apply, subject to provisional admission.
A minimum of 60% in both Standard 10 and Standard 12 is required (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Mathematics is not mandatory - students from Science, Commerce, and Arts streams are equally eligible. For CBSE students, CGPA is converted to a percentage by multiplying by 9.5.

The UG-phase fee is approximately 5.55 Lakhs per year, covering tuition, lodging, internet, and library access. Additional charges include a refundable caution deposit of 50,000 (refunded on programme completion) and an annual mess deposit of 54,000. Medical insurance is applicable each year.
