SNAP 2024: Preparation Tips

  • Point of Focus: It's important to start your preparation by learning the basics of important concepts with simple examples. Taking it slow and focusing on one subject at a time will help you build a strong foundation for tackling more complex problems later on.
  • Review the syllabus and exam pattern: Just like any other entrance exam, SNAP demands that you have a good understanding of the syllabus and exam pattern to identify the level of preparation and strategy needed.
  • Proper understanding of the questions:Getting a high score in SNAP requires understanding that each answer is hidden within the question itself. Take the time to understand how each question is designed. One approach is to carefully read and identify the key elements in the questions.
  • Take regular mocks: Mock tests are important for managing your time effectively and assessing your understanding of different topics. Analyzing these tests can help you pinpoint areas that need improvement. Start with 1-2 practice tests each week, then increase to 3-4 tests per week as you progress.
  • Practice last 5 years’ SNAP papers: SNAP often surprises test-takers, so it's a good idea to try previous years' test papers in the months leading up to the exam to see how much you've improved.

SNAP FAQS

The SNAP is a national-level MBA entrance test administered thrice annually. The tentative scheduled SNAP exam dates for 2024 are 8, 15, and 22 December 2024.

During SNAP preparation 2024, candidates' focus should primarily be on practicing exam-based questions and exercises. Candidates who have already covered significant topics from the SNAP syllabus should assess their readiness by solving the SNAP test series and mock exams.

SNAP is easier compared to CAT, even though they cover the same topics. CAT is seen as a tougher exam. SNAP is considered friendlier to students. In SNAP, you can try the exam three times in one session, and they pick the best score for admissions.

  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline from recognized universities with a minimum percentage of:
