CMAT 2020 (Common Management Admission Test) is a national level MBA Entrance Test. The exam will be administered by NTA ( National Testing Agency). CMAT is conducted once every year. CMAT 2020 will be held on 24th January 2020. NTA has released the timeline for CMAT 2020. The registrations for CMAT 2020 will start from 1st November 2019. CMAT is a three hour online test which comprises four sections: Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness. There are total 100 questions in the paper. All the questions are MCQ type questions. Each question in the paper carries 4 marks. For every incorrect attempt there is a negative marking of one fourth of the allotted marks or one mark per question.
The CMAT paper pattern has not experienced any changes in recent years. For CMAT 2020, the paper pattern is going to remain the same.

The registration process will commence from 1st November, 2019. The students are required to submit their application online. There is no provision to submit the application offline. Also, it is essential that students submit the information needed carefully as there is no option of rectification later.
The first step in the process is to submit the basic information. After successful submission of the basic information, the candidate will receive his application number and password. In order to login thereafter, the candidate will be required to login with his credentials to submit the application form.
Login with your system generated login credentials and complete your application form.
Please note: Ensure that you upload the correct photograph and signature as the facility for correction in images will not be provided.
The payment can be made through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan. Select a suitable payment option and follow the instructions available online to complete the payment. After a successful payment transaction, a confirmation page will be generated. If the confirmation page is not generated then the amount debited will be refunded back and you will have to make the transaction again.
Note: Your application will remain incomplete without the successful completion of all four steps stated above.
The CMAT Exam syllabus is not exactly defined. But, on the basis of previous year CMAT papers we have listed down the important topics for each section.
Take CMAT mocks to understand what you need to get a good score. Identify and improve on your weak areas and at the same time work towards developing your own exam day strategy. For instance, determine in which order should you attempt the paper to yield maximum results. Take sufficient mocks before the exam to ace the paper.
