About Indraprastha College for Women (IPCW)

Indraprastha College for Women holds a distinguished place in the history of women's education in India. It is the oldest women's college affiliated with the University of Delhi, predating DU's own founding - established in 1924, two years before Delhi University formally came into existence in 1922.

The college was originally affiliated with Panjab University before joining the University of Delhi at its founding.
