About CUET 2026: Key Exam Details

Before diving into the course list, here is a quick overview of the CUET 2026 exam structure that determines how subjects map to courses:

  • Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT) only - conducted across multiple days and shifts
  • Total subjects: 37 (reduced from 63)
  • Section I (Language): 13 Indian languages, including English and Hindi
  • Section II (Domain Subjects): 23 subject-specific papers aligned with Class 12 NCERT syllabus
  • Section III (General Test / GAT): 1 paper covering General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, and Logical Reasoning
  • Maximum subjects a candidate can choose: 5
  • Each paper: 50 compulsory MCQs, 60 minutes duration, +5 for correct, -1 for incorrect
