Tele-consultation and Doctor support

We have a group of verified doctors who will be available for telemedicine support over zoom or google-hangout or whatever means. These doctors have been treating Covid19 patients and you can trust their competence as well as commitment to CL referred patients for quick and dependable treatment. This will kick in once you connect with / register for support with our Covid Team. You are required to pay the doctor directly as per their charges. The reimbursement of these expenses would be available as per the Covid19 reimbursement policy

Kindly note that these are specially handpicked doctors who are reputed and also have treated at least one CL family in the current crisis. So, we endorse their competence and commitment. At the same time, these are tough times for doctors too. If there is a slight delay with respect to doctor response, we would like you to be patient or try another be on the panel. All the best.

Oxygen Support

We are organizing for a pool of oxygen concentrators to be made available as SOS response though we pray that such a situation does not arise. This is designed to reach your home though to begin with this will be available only in Delhi, Blore and Mumbai for the employees and partners of all CL group companies.

Support for bed and hospital hunting

We are committing a few dedicated resources and lines for hunting for hospitals and beds should the need arise. This is a huge task and load for each family. Mutual Medicine Bank

Medicine acquisition is not an easy task even for the large company like ours. However, we are creating a Mutual bank of medicine for team members to commit and drawback. In the event of any crisis in your family, you will be eligible to draw / receive these medicines from this medicine bank by transferring the amount to that medicine contributor or donor. In return, you are required to enlist the medicines that you have into this Mutual Medicine bank for any other member to draw from in the event of crisis in his or her home. Covid19 Reimbursement policy

We are announcing a Covid19 relief in the form of reimbursement policy for all employees across the CL group companies upto a max limit of INR 10,000. All you need to do is to submit the proof of expenses in the form of receipt for doctor consulting, medicines bought or hospitalization expenses. This policy comes into effect independent of all other current reimbursements you avail of.

Covid19 Contingency Loan (CCL)

In the event of an unavoidable circumstances, we have created a special Covid19 Contingency loan for all full-time employees on the rolls of CL or group companies. You can apply for CCL directly by writing to COVID19@careerlauncher.com with a copy to your mentor. Please put "CCL and your name" in the subject line. You are eligible for three times of your basic salary subject to a maximum of INR 50,000 rupees on an automatic basis.

We are announcing a COVID19 special leave policy. CL-ites will be eligible for upto 15 days of COVID paid leaves if the employee or any of his/her immediate family members are tested COVID Positive.

Future additional initiatives

We are watching the situation closely and evaluating options such as check-in facility in a hall at our offices in one or two specific cities should the situation worsen. We are also evaluating home care-giver option through approved medical care-giver service provider, COVID Nutrition and Diet consultations.
