Lt Gen Surendra Kulkarni has served in the Indian Army for about four decades. He was commissioned into the Armoured Corps in 1975. In recognition of his special contribution, he has been awarded the highest peacetime distinguished service award in the Armed Forces, the Param Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India.
Parallel to his Army career, he has pursued his academic interests. He is an economics graduate from Fergusson College, Pune. He was a post graduate UGC Merit scholar before he joined the Army. He has four Masters Degrees including an M Phil degree.
He is an alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer. Presently, he is the Director since January 2015.

Dr Sarvesh Naidu has had a teaching and administrative career spanning 41 years with vast international experience in four different Curricula: IB, ISC, CBSE and British, across Canada, Italy, Dubai and India.
He teaches English and World Religions and has been with the Pathways Group of Schools, NCR, India, since 2007.
He believes strongly in the norms of ‘Multiple Intelligences’ and that the success in the future lies in first identifying each individual’s strengths, and then building on them. Moving away from relying merely on the IQ norms and also developing the power of the ‘Emotional Quotient’ and the ‘Passion Quotient” is a fact that parents need to allow every child to dwell deeply on. She started her career in the education domain with Delhi Public School. After working successfully with the national curriculum, she was drawn towards International pedagogy. She got an opportunity to join Pathways World School, Aravali where she served for over 9 years. During this period, she wore many hats and grew in each role that she stepped into. She was handpicked to be the founding faculty of Pathways School Gurgaon in 2010 as the IBPYP Coordinator. Within a span of three years, she went on to head the Primary School as the Principal, a post she held from July 2013 to June 2018. Under her leadership, the school grew phenomenally in reputation and in numbers.
Her core strength comes from her clear understanding of the curriculum along with building and nurturing strong teams that are dedicated, committed and inspired.
