DU CUET Eligibility Criteria: The CUET eligibility criteria for 2026 outline the academic qualifications, age restrictions, and specific requirements for universities and courses. Review the comprehensive eligibility criteria for CUET UG DU here. The NTA is expected to initiate CUET registration for 2026 in the first week of March.

The eligibility criterion for CUET 2026 specifies the conditions under which a candidate may apply for undergraduate courses at all participating institutions. Applicants intending to apply for CUET must fulfil the eligibility criteria established by NTA.

CUET 2026 Domain Subject List

The most important part of the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is choosing the subjects. The subjects that the candidate chooses are directly correlated with their class 12 subjects: science, commerce, or arts.

Students need to choose the domain subjects that fit the university’s requirements and the course they want to apply for. Each domain assessment has 50 questions that test your knowledge of the subject and your ability to use what you’ve learnt.

Picking the right domain subjects for your CUET prep will help you get into the schools you want to go to and reach your academic goals.

Conclusion

Subject mapping is a big part of CUET 2026  that will determine whether or not you can get in. Choosing the right subject combinations will help your application be fairly considered, keep you from being rejected, and ensure you meet the specific requirements of the universities you want to go to. Before sending in their application for the program they want to get into, candidates should carefully read the course-specific subject prerequisites.

Also, students can make better choices about their subjects if they know a lot about the CUET exam pattern and start CUET preparation right away. Candidates can make a better study plan and get better scores if they know how the subjects fit into the overall test structure. You need to pick the right subject mapping and study for the CUET in a way that is similar to how the real test is set up.
