IPMAT Rohtak 2025 Results are in!

After JIPMAT, IPMAT-Rohtak 2025 results and scorecards were released on May 27, 2025. The release of its IPMAT 2025 shortlist is a masterclass in clear, data-driven disclosure that ensures students, parents, and mentors alike can confidently assess the fairness of the selection process.

Unlike many competitive exams where the shortlisting criteria remain a grey area, IIM Rohtak has laid out comprehensive details of its selection process, sharing everything from the number of applicants who registered and appeared to minimum cut-offs across various categories and even gender-wise data. Let’s take a closer look at what the data reveals.

IPMAT Rohtak 2025 Result: Total Exam Takers

In 2025, a total of 14,226 candidates were called for the IPM Aptitude Test held on May 5. Of these, 12,883 candidates actually appeared, marking a healthy attendance rate of over 90%. Breaking it down:

  • General category: 9,799 appeared
  • EWS: 636
  • NC-OBC: 1,781
  • SC: 497
  • ST: 107
  • DAP: 63

This level of detail in category-wise participation is rarely shared in public documents.

In comparison to the previous year, IPMAT-Rohtak has witnessed a drop of 540 students in the number of applicants and a drop of 531 attendees in the exam.

IPMAT-Rohtak 2025 Result: IIM Rohtak Cutoffs

IIM Rohtak has published the minimum category-wise cutoff marks for each category in the notification dated May 27. Below are the IPMAT cutoffs for 2025.

  • General: 381
  • EWS: 331
  • NC-OBC: 297
  • SC: 230
  • ST: 138
  • DAP categories: ranging from 171 to 274

The total number of students who met these cutoffs exactly matches the 1,013 students shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI). This clearly shows that the shortlisting was merit-based and numerically transparent.

IPMAT-Rohtak 2025 Result: Gender Diversity Insights

IIM Rohtak has also gone a step further in providing gender-wise data of applicants who met the cut-off:

  • General category: 144 females, 310 males
  • NC-OBC: 80 females, 164 males
  • SC: 61 females, 75 males

Known for its diversity initiatives in the MBA section, IIM Rohtak has also added a layer in the IPM segment with gender representation across different categories.
