CBSE Class 12th Physics Paper Analysis 2019

The CBSE Class 12 Board Physics exam was conducted on 5th March, 2019. The paper was average and students would find no problem in scoring good marks in this paper compared to the 2018 paper.

The questions in section A were conceptual or diagram based. The questions in section B had basic theory & numericals. Section C had some derivations as well. Section D mostly had lengthy problems.

Here is a detailed review of the paper-

  • The paper was average.
  • Section D was a bit challenging as it was the most time consuming and had a diverse range of questions from theory, numericals as well as derivations.
  • Students adept at solving numericals were able to finish the paper on time easily.
  • A few questions were similar to the 2018 Physics paper.
  • An average student would be able to score above 50.
