CUET (UG) is the nationwide common entrance test for admissions to 250+ universities (including 44+ central universities, like DU, BHU, JNU, JNI, etc.) across India. It is one of the biggest UG entrance exams in the country. The CUET (UG) is briefly divided into 3 sections, which are as follows:

> Section I - Languages (which is further divided as IA & IB)

> Section II - Domain Subjects

> Section III - General Test

Section II (Domain Subjects) has a total of 29 domain subjects. Students can choose a maximum of 5 domain subjects from these.

In the first two editions of CUET (UG), in 2022 & 2023, there were only 27 domain subjects, but for CUET 2024 UGC added two new subjects -

> Fashion Studies

> Tourism
