CUET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility

• Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board/university with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwBD in some universities).
• Candidates appearing in Class 12 examinations in 2026 are eligible to apply. Admission is subject to passing Class 12 with the required marks.
• There is no upper age limit for CUET UG 2026.
• Eligible nationalities: Indian nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRI), and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders.

CUET 2026 Registration - How to Apply

The CUET 2026 registration window closed on February 26, 2026. Students’ can no longer register now. However, the detailed registration process for CUET 2026 is explained below.

• Click 'New Candidate Register Here' and download the information bulletin.
• Fill in all personal and academic details in the CUET 2026 registration form.

• Log in using the application number and password received in your email/mobile.

The CUET 2026 admit card (hall ticket) will be released by NTA approximately 3-4 days before the exam commencement date.
