What is NEET? NEET (Previously known as AIPMT) is a National Level Entrance Test for selection of candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS courses under 15% All India Quota seats in Government Medical/Dental colleges of India under the control of DGHS, Govt. of India except in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir. This pre-medical test is mandatory for those who want to become a doctor in India.
Those candidates who are appearing in final 12th board examination or have passed 12th with PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) in appearing NEET/AIPMT year & completed the age of 17 year; can appear in NE0ET/AIPMT exam. The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years. Upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes.
JEE Main is a national level engineering entrance exam, conducted every year by CBSE for admission in Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs & Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions.
JEE Main exam is conducted in online mode & offline mode. It depends up on the choice of participating candidates that which mode of examination he opts during the submission of online registration of JEE Main.
JEE Advanced is an all India based engineering entrance exam which is conducted by Zonal 7 IITs every year for top 2.2 lakh JEE Main qualified students. On Successful in JEE Advanced, admission in IITs are provided.
IIT JEE / NEET foundation is a starting point (building block) for aspirants in class 8, 9 and 10. The foundation course helps aspirants become mentally and strategically strong when they start studying IIT JEE / NEET concepts and topics, ideally from class 11 onwards. The objective of IIT JEE / NEET foundation course is to teach students basic concepts well, efficient time management habits, following a disciplined schedule, improving thinking skills, etc.
You don't need to buy any specific book for IIT JEE / NEET foundation course. The IIT JEE / NEET foundation study material provided by your coaching is more than enough. The study material covers all the basic concepts, topics and questions required for JEE / NEET.
