IPM is a 5 years integrated program that is structured into a 3-year undergraduate course, and a 2-year post-graduate course. The career prospects of students who enroll in the course right after Higher Secondary School is very bright given the early training and awareness. Over 5 years and 15 terms, the major elements of the IPM integrated program include courses in Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics and Economics, Humanities, Literature, and Fine Arts.
Once students complete their first 3-year undergraduate course, they are required to do a social internship. Likewise, during the two final years, students will be required to do a business internship. On successful completion of the 5-year IPM integrated course, Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and Master of Business Administration (under the Dual Degree Programme) are awarded by IIM Indore.
IIM Indore very recently announced its successful completion of placements for the 2023 batch which consisted of students from both IPM (Integrated Program in Management) and PGP (Post-Graduate Program) respectively. IIM recorded a 20.8% rise in average package alongside a 12.9% rise in their median package as compared to last year. Moreover, they announced an astoundingly high rise of 132.6% in their highest domestic package when compared to last year.

The highlights of IIM Indore 2020 placements are given in the tabular form below.
IIM Indore concluded its final placement for the batch 2019-2021 with a 40% rise in the highest salary package offer. The batch consisted of 580 candidates out of which 96 students held a dual degree (IPM program), 440 students of the PGP program, and 71 students of PGP Mumbai.
The institute also witnessed the highest international package of INR 56.8 LPA and the highest domestic package of INR 41.5 LPA. The average salary package was INR 23.6 LPA which saw an increase of 14% as compared to the previous batch placement. The median salary was INR 21 LPA. All in all, the reputed business institute had a very successful placement closing.
